For more than 30 years, I have worked with people across a wide range of environments and stages of life, from senior leaders and sports professionals to children, young people, and adults navigating change, pressure, and uncertainty.
My professional background spans education, leadership development, executive coaching, mentoring, public speaking, wellbeing, and organisational development. Over the years, I have undertaken extensive training in coaching methodologies, leadership, behavioural change, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness based practice, including qualifying as a meditation practitioner. This breadth of experience enables me to combine practical expertise with evidence informed approaches, creating meaningful and lasting change for individuals, teams, and organisations.
Throughout my career, I have discovered that, regardless of background, role, or success, people often reach similar moments in life. Sometimes it is a gradual realisation that something no longer feels aligned. At other times, life changes suddenly and unexpectedly. Either way, there comes a point when the path ahead feels uncertain and important questions begin to emerge about identity, purpose, direction, and what comes next.
I help people navigate these moments with greater clarity, confidence, and self awareness. Through coaching, reflection, practical frameworks, and meaningful conversation, I create a space where people can pause, think clearly, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with purpose.
Working across different countries, cultures, and communities has given me a deep appreciation of the complexity of people's lives and the challenges that often accompany growth, transition, responsibility, and change. These experiences shaped both my perspective and my practice, leading me to develop the Threshold Process and RESET Model, frameworks that support individuals, teams, and organisations through periods of uncertainty in a calm, structured, and human way.
Alongside one to one coaching, I work with organisations to develop stronger leaders, more connected teams, and healthier workplace cultures. Through workshops, leadership development, team bonding experiences, and facilitated conversations, I help people strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
As a public speaker, I deliver keynote presentations, workshops, and learning experiences on confidence, leadership, resilience, identity, wellbeing, personal growth, and navigating change. My aim is to inspire reflection while providing practical ideas that people can apply immediately in their work and everyday lives.
Alongside my professional work, I have remained committed to building stronger and more connected communities. In recognition of this commitment, I was honoured to receive the High Sheriff of Warwickshire Change Maker Award for promoting inclusion, community cohesion, and positive change across diverse communities. Those values have guided my work throughout my career: helping people feel heard, valued, connected, and able to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of others.
I am also the author of Crossing the Middle, a book written to help people navigate transition and personal realignment, and I host a weekly podcast exploring confidence, identity, growth, and the realities of modern life.
Above all, I believe meaningful change begins with honest reflection, self awareness, and genuine human connection. My role is not to provide all the answers, but to ask the right questions, offer the right support, and help people discover their own path forward. Whether I am working with an individual, a leadership team, or a community, my purpose is to help people move through change with greater confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of who they are becoming.
